===== How it works =====

This option deletes a piece from a row, replacing its contents with a straight line.
This option is useful in the following cases:
  * To replace a part of a row whose GPS quality at the time of recording was insufficient.
  * To replace a cluster of points in the middle of a row.


This option is only available **when at least one card is loaded in the application**.

===== Application =====

When the option is activated, a magnet tool appears, allowing you to select a first point, then a second. Once both points have been selected, all points in between are deleted.

**Warning**, this option is based on the registration date of the points to delete intermediate points. Selecting two different rows will therefore delete **ALL** points whose registration date lies between the registration dates of the selected points, even if they are located in different rows.

The **R** keyboard shortcut is also used to start the tool.
