Generate geofencing map

This option allows you to create a geofencing map from an existing working map.

The option is only available when at least one map is loaded in the application.

The option works in several stages:

1. Select the map to be used as the basis for the geo-fence
2. Select of geo-fence map parameters: distance between row ends and geo-fence and minimum distance between geo-fence and rows.
